The link that accompanies these instructions will take you to our remote support portal. The instructions for using the portal are as follows:

1. Click this link: https://support.pcguru4real.com and type the join code into the space provided (red circled area as shown in the example image below)
2. Next, click the arrow (circled in green in the example image below)

This will download our temporary remote support agent (no need to save it, it will only work once).

Your web browser will give you the option to RUN or OPEN the new file - whichever one it gives, choose that option.
(Do not click CANCEL or SAVE, those options aren't helpful here.)

If all goes well, you should see a message that says you're waiting for us to connect!
